Senator Wilken, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4 Relating to                              
declaring March 1997 as Sobriety Awareness Month.  Without                     
objection, the resolution was referred to the Rules Committee.
